The Cirrus Alpine Jacket is built for the mountains. The soft, 30D, 100% recycled Pertex Quantum ripstop shell features a tightly woven downproof structure with a DWR lining for enhanced weatherproofing. This is paired with the 100% recycled synthetic PrimaLoft Silver Insulation Luxe, with zoned micro-baffle stitch-through construction. Developed to provide the feel and warmth of down using 100% recycled, ultra-fine synthetic fibres, this insulation is water-repellent, compressible, and highly efficient.

The Cirrus Alpine Jacket also features a snug under-helmet elasticated hood, harness compatible pockets, easy-stretch glove-friendly cuffs, an adjustable hem and an integrated stuff sack. Hardwearing and flexible, the Cirrus Alpine Jacket delivers plenty of warmth for changeable mountain conditions.

PrimaLoft Silver Insulation – a high-performance insulation material with all the functions for poor conditions. The fabric is water vapour permeable to protect the wearer from moisture and cold. The necessary warmth is promised despite the low volume and the compressibility of the PrimaLoft products are also retained here.

Pertex Quantum
Pertex Quantum uses incredibly fine yarns to create a very lightweight yet strong and durable fabric. Its softness allows it to use a down or high bulk synthetic fibre insulation.

Cirrus powered by 3M Featherless Insulation
Cirrus is a new, breakthrough insulation that combines almost all the key benefits of natural down and synthetic fillings, while avoiding their limitations. Technical, water resistant fibres are expanded into a “down like” structure, to create a cloud of warmth. Cirrus has been extensively tested in development to deliver the same warmth for its weight as 600 Fill Power duck down. Unlike other synthetic insulation it lofts freely to trap warmth. It compresses well when packed and is robust and durable.
